Schedule for February

The general plan is to swim in class on Mondays, at 6 am on Tuesdays, at 6 am AND noon on Wednesday, at 11 am on Thursday, Friday as needed. Saturday and Sunday we'll swim at Dixon at 10 am. Each day we will swim a minimum of 6,300 yards and the weekend swims will push toward 10,000.

This schedule is subject to change and we'll update it at least weekly.

20,000 yd weekend

Alix and I just completed a 20,000 yard weekend. On Saturday Nell and Bronwyn joined us, it was great to have some company. Nell is close to commiting for the entire event.

Next week brings swim class on Wednesday and Friday, weight training on Thursday and swims on Saturday and Sunday 10 am at Dixon.
